Hi, I’m Meg.

I am a designer, developer & project consultant. I obtained my masters in real estate development in 2018 and have been working in the property development realm since 2012. I have completed projects with high end builders and developers in Australia, New York City, California & Utah. In 2022, I returned to Sydney and have been working in development locally.

I welcomed my daughter, Lucky, in 2025, and realised it was time to restart the business that I adored in the US, and help investors, builders, and property owners in NSW to achieve their development goals. The NSW planning system can be rife with red tape and each council is different. My goal is to assist you in navigating the Due diligence, design, planning and DA process, whilst managing the consultancy team to a clean, clear outcome and to maintain a positive relationship between property owner, council, and builder.
